Validating an agent installation
To validate if the agent is installed successfully, follow the procedure below.
- Ensure that the agent is running by checking if the agent process is running.
- You can check if an agent is registered and send data by logging into the Sixthsense Observability Portal.
Please wait for 5 minutes for the data to reflect in the portal.
- If there is no agent process and no data reported, collect the agent log files, details related to application framework, and raise a ticket with Customer Support at info-observability@mail.rakuten.com for further assistance.
