- Ensure that the agent is running by checking if the agent process is running.
- You can check if an agent is registered and send data by logging into the SixthSense Observability Portal.
- If there is no agent process and no data reported, collect the agent log files, details related to application framework, and raise a ticket with Customer Support at email@example.com for further assistance.
