Validating an agent installation

The following procedure allows you to validate if you have installed the agent successfully.

  1. Ensure that the agent is running by checking if the agent process is running.
  2. You can check if an agent is registered and send data by logging into the SixthSense Observability Portal.
  3. If there is no agent process and no data reported, collect the agent log files, details related to application framework, and raise a ticket with Customer Support at for further assistance.
