Digital experience helps monitor and manage the experience of the user interacting with applications, websites, and so on. It is useful in monitoring and identifying issues which may impact user satisfaction and peformance thus improving seamless user experience in real-time.

Getting started with Digital experience

  1. Navigate to Digital experience on the left pane in the Observability portal.
  2. Search for a product in the Search product drop-down list. multiple products to select.
  3. Search for a path in the Search path drop-down list. All the URLs that this application has are listed in the drop-down list.
  4. Search for a browser in the Search browser drop-down list.

The Trends tab is selected by default. If you are using the capability for the first time, you must add the metrics. For more information, see Trends.
